Two days of pre-seed investor and partner conversations — beauty and fashion retail OS, applied AI for retail decisioning, and the wedge: sold to two paying retailers across two countries before v1 shipped.
What we heard
Investor questions and feedback reshaped how we tell the story. A masterclass on day one pushed us to lead with the market opportunity rather than the problem — that restructuring now flows through the live pitch deck and the investor one-pager.
